ATR 42 / 72

Both introduced in the 80’s, the ATR 42 and ATR 72 are twin-engine turboprop short-haul regional airliners developed and produced in France and Italy. “42” and “72” in their name is derived from the aircraft’s standard seating configuration when carrying passenger but these aircraft are also used by operators for cargo transportation.

Dash 7 & 8 Series

CL-415/ CL-215

Pole Air Aviation debute started by helping with the development of cockpit instruments for the first model in a series of firefighting amphibious aircraft and since 1969 the CL-215 and CL-415 ones of the most steadfast firefighting aircraft. It’s type certificate have been acquired by Viking Air from Bombardier’s Amphibious Aircraft program in 2016 and they have already introduced an “Enhanced Aerial Firefighter” (EAF), mirroring the CL-215T conversion program and updating with the addition of operator requested enhancements

The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military aircraft originally designed as a troop, medevac and cargo transport aircraft. It’s versatile airframe design also allowed multiple other uses like a gunship, airborne assault, search and rescue, scientific research support, weather reconnaissance, aerial refueling, maritime patrol and aerial fighting. All theses roles lead to the creation of over 40 variants which operate in more than 60 nations.
