Our Customer Service team ensures clear and consistent communication, conducting regular account reviews to align expectations and respond proactively to customer needs. This allows us to customize our services and product development for maximum client value.
Our Supply Chain team applies rigorous supplier assessments and implements best-in-class practices, such as strategic planning and min-max inventory controls, to ensure the quality and availability of products and thus, minimizing turnaround times.
At the heart of our operation is a dedicated Quality Department, responsible for maintaining and continually improving the standards of our services across civil and military aviation. All inspections, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on civil aviation components are performed under our Transport Canada (TCCA) Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certification.
As part of our Quality Assurance program, we conduct vendor evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, and internal process audits. Any non-conformities or improvement opportunities are promptly analyzed and addressed.
Our Certifications
As part of bilateral safety agreements between Canada and other governmental organizations, our Authorized Release Certificates (ARC) are fully recognized and accepted by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
Additionally, PAA is registered with Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP), authorizing us to handle components with military or national security relevance.
